Reliamotive Labs is a technology-driven engineering company focused on electrification solutions, advanced power electronics, and high-frequency magnetics. We work on simulation-driven design, development, and validation of next-generation electrical systems for EVs, chargers, and power conversion applications. Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Magnetic Design Engineer to join our R&D team. The selected candidate will work on real industrial projects involving the design, simulation, development, and testing of high-frequency magnetic components. This role starts as a 6-month intensive internship with a clear pathway to a permanent position based on technical performance and results delivered. Key Responsibilities: • Design and development of high-frequency magnetic components such as transformers, inductors, and planar magnetics • Perform magnetic simulations using FEM and analytical approaches • Core material selection including Ferrite, Nanocrystalline, and Amorphous materials • Winding design, leakage inductance optimization, and loss estimation • Thermal analysis and design optimization • Prototype development, laboratory testing, and validation • Correlation of simulation results with experimental measurements • Preparation of technical documentation and design reports • Collaboration with power electronics and system engineering teams Required Skills and Knowledge: • Strong fundamentals in magnetics and electromagnetics • Understanding of high-frequency power converters • Exposure to magnetic design calculations and methodologies • Experience or familiarity with FEM-based simulation tools such as Trafolo, Ansys Maxwell, COMSOL, MagNet, etc. • Knowledge of core loss, copper loss, skin effect, and proximity effect • Hands-on approach towards testing, validation, and debugging Preferred Qualifications: • B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Electronics, or related fields • Candidates with project work, thesis, or internships in magnetics or power electronics will be preferred • Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and learning mindset are encouraged to apply Internship and Growth Path: • Duration: 6 Months (On-site) (Paid) • Work on real R&D and customer-driven projects • Continuous technical mentoring and exposure to industry-grade tools and test equipment • Opportunity for permanent employment based on performance, ownership, and technical excellence Why Join Reliamotive Labs: • Work on advanced magnetics and power electronics technologies • Strong emphasis on simulation-driven engineering • Exposure to high-end lab equipment and professional design tools • Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding deep-tech engineering company How to Apply: Interested candidates may apply via LinkedIn or send their resume to seerat@reliamotivelabs.tech along with a brief description of relevant magnetics or power electronics projects.
