Role Summary: As a Gym Assistant and Front Desk Manager – Guest Relations, you will be the face and heartbeat of Relentless Strength. You’ll be responsible for welcoming every athlete and visitor with professionalism, managing front desk operations, using Yoactiv to keep the gym running efficiently, and ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience from the moment they walk in. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, coachable, and ready to train in our systems and culture. Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Guest Relations:Greet all members and guests with high energy and professionalism. Manage daily check-ins, walk-ins, trial sessions, and bookings using Yoactiv (training provided if needed). Provide informed, friendly guidance on gym services, class schedules, and memberships. Build rapport with members and maintain high service standards. Handle feedback, complaints, and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented mindset. Gym Operations Support: Open and close the gym as per standard operating procedures. Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception and surrounding areas. Assist with class and trainer scheduling, and help coordinate gym events and workshops. Support sales of merchandise, supplements, or sessions via Yoactiv. Administrative & System Management:Use Yoactiv to manage member data, bookings, payments, and reporting. Monitor membership renewals, follow up with leads, and assist in retention efforts. Maintain inventory of front desk and office supplies. What We’re Looking For: Experience in a gym, fitness studio, or customer-facing role preferred. Familiarity with Yoactiv or similar gym management platforms (or willingness to train fast). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. A passion for fitness, strength training, and people. Professional communication and a "no excuses" attitude. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email).
