Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Nursing Assistant based in Haridwar. The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide patient care and assist in daily activities such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and mobility support. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patients' health conditions, recording vital signs, and ensuring the general comfort and safety of patients. The role requires close collaboration with medical practitioners and adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards to deliver high-quality nursing services. Qualifications Proficiency in assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, and mobility support Ability to monitor and record vital signs, and observe health status with accuracy Strong understanding of infection control, hygiene practices, and safety protocols Effective communication skills and the ability to work empathetically with patients and healthcare teams Certification as a Nursing Assistant with hands-on clinical training Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks and handle medical equipment when required Prior work experience in a hospital, care facility, or similar healthcare setting is a plus Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering compassionate care
