About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Achieve assigned sales targets for life insurance products. 2. Participate in weekly and monthly performance review meetings with the Area Manager. 3. Use a need-based selling approach to effectively position products for customers. 4. Conduct quality follow-ups on leads from the Telca base to ensure timely and successful closures. 5. Comply with all procedural and regulatory guidelines as outlined by the company. 6. Take initiative in personal development by attending technical, product, and skills training sessions. 7. Take ownership of customer issues or processes and ensure complete resolution. 8. Meet with customers when necessary to resolve concerns and maintain satisfaction. 9. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. 10. Organize and host customer engagement events to foster long-term relationships. 11. Stay updated on the latest product offerings and service improvements through regular training.
