As a Relationship Manager at Scripbox, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with high-value clients under the guidance of the Wealth Manager. Your responsibilities will include understanding client goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences to provide personalized advice. Additionally, you will review portfolios regularly, recommend necessary actions, and ensure timely communication with clients regarding any changes. Moreover, you will collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs and support in constructing financial plans and conducting portfolio analysis. Key Responsibilities: - Build and deepen relationships with high-value clients - Understand client goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences - Review portfolios regularly and recommend necessary actions - Prepare client briefs, review notes & performance reports - Ensure timely communication and updates to clients - Assist with day-to-day client servicing and support Wealth Managers - Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client needs - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service history - Adhere to compliance protocols and ethical conduct standards - Participate in training sessions and set learning milestones - Work towards readiness to transition into a Wealth Manager role Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of experience in financial services, investment advisory, or client-facing roles - MBA, M Com, CFA, or any Post Graduate in Finance - Mandatory: Obtain NISM Investment Advisor Level XA & XB certification within 6 months - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - High attention to detail and process discipline - Passion for personal finance and wealth management - Good knowledge of Indian Equity & Debt markets About Scripbox Wealth Managers: Scripbox is a client-first wealth management firm committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals and managing over Rs 20,000 Crs of Assets under Advice.
