Job Description

Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, simplifying complex procedures to ensure seamless transitions. Account Management: Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring services meet or exceed expectations, while regularly reviewing account performance. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized service. Problem-Solving: Quickly address client complaints and issues, facilitating effective resolutions to bolster client satisfaction. Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services while expanding the customer base. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients and the organization. Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively. Communications: Conduct regular check-ins with clients, prepare sales reports, and effectively communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s in any degree Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or customer service roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
