Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Acquisition: Identify and acquire customers for home loans through various channels, including open market and partnerships with developers. Customer Assessment: Understand customer needs, assess their financial suitability for a home loan, and explain different loan options. Loan Processing: Verify documents, process loan applications, and coordinate with the bank or financial institution for sanction and disbursement.
