Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager Agency Retail, located in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing agency partners, ensuring the achievement of business targets, and utilizing the company's products and services effectively. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new agents, providing training and support to agency partners, and maintaining strong business relationships to drive growth and retention. The role requires close monitoring of market trends to tailor sales strategies efficiently. Qualifications Experience in Relationship Management, Sales, and Customer Service Strong skills in Business Development, Prospecting, and Networking Good understanding of Insurance Products and Market Trends Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Training skills Ability to work independently and drive collaboration within the team Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus Show more Show less
