DevOps Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Developer with expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. In this role, you will be responsible for automating and optimizing our development and deployment processes to ensure continuous integration, continuous delivery, and scalability of our infrastructure. You will work closely with development teams & client infra teams to improve deployment workflows, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure the reliability and security of production environments. Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure Automation and Management: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Azure. Good to have skills for automating infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible . Manage infrastructure scalability and ensure high availability and disaster recovery configurations. Containerization: Design and manage Docker containers to standardize and simplify application deployment across various environments. Create and maintain Docker images for use in development, staging, and production environments. Manage the lifecycle of containers, including creation, scaling, and monitoring across various platforms. Orchestration: Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration, ensuring smooth deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications. Set up Kubernetes deployments, services, config maps, secrets, and persistent storage solutions. Optimize Kubernetes clusters for performance and security, including networking, load balancing, and failover management. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure Devops , Argo CD to automate build, testing, and deployment processes. Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure high-quality releases. Continuously improve CI/CD processes to reduce deployment time, increase automation, and enhance deployment consistency. Monitoring and Logging: Implement and configure monitoring solutions to ensure visibility into application and infrastructure performance. Set up alerts and dashboards to proactively monitor system health, security incidents, and performance bottlenecks. Implement centralized logging solutions to streamline debugging and analysis of production issues. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices across the DevOps environment, including secure access controls , network segmentation , and data encryption . Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Collaboration and Documentation: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployments, troubleshoot issues, and improve processes. Document infrastructure setup, deployment procedures, and best practices to ensure easy replication and knowledge sharing across the team. Provide mentorship to junior team members on DevOps best practices, tools, and processes. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Docker Experience with creating, managing, and optimizing Docker containers for development and production environments. Strong knowledge of Kubernetes Expertise in setting up and managing Kubernetes clusters, including deployments, services, and monitoring. Experience with CI/CD tools Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins , Azure Devops for creating automated build and deployment pipelines. Cloud Platform Experience Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or GCP , including infrastructure management, scaling, and monitoring. Strong understanding of Linux Proficiency in Linux server administration, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals. Security Best Practices Knowledge of securing infrastructure, containers, and CI/CD pipelines, with experience in integrating security tools and policies into DevOps workflows.
