Understand customer requirements like location, budget, commute, family needs, lifestyle preferences. Analyze Relais project data, builder profiles, infrastructure trends, and recommend top matches. Explain key aspects such as approvals, builder reputation, connectivity, and development potential. Stay updated on Hyderabads real estate zones, infrastructure projects, and upcoming developments. Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling customer and property data. Provide feedback to Relai’s data and product teams to improve recommendation models. Preferred candidate profile :Architects / Urban Planners with city planning or layout understanding. Civil Engineers with residential project or infrastructure experience. Real Estate Analysts or Property Consultants with deep Hyderabad market knowledge. Ex-Town Planning Officers, Valuers, or Government Empanelled Surveyors who understand approvals and zoning. Senior Sales Managers from reputed developers who want to move into an advisory role rather than sales-driven roles.
