As a Regulatory Compliance New Associate at Accenture, you will be utilizing your skills in KYC Screening (Know Your Customer) to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements. With 0 to 1 years of experience and a background in Any Graduation, you will play a key role in verifying the identity, suitability, and risks associated with onboarding and maintaining business/customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include performing duties objectively, without bias, and in alignment with client policies. Strong attention to detail, the ability to analyze information from various sources, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. You will be expected to demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities, along with emotional resilience and stress-management skills.
