Core responsibilities

• Patient assessment: Evaluate patient health conditions to identify needs and monitor progress.
• Care planning: Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Medication and treatment administration: Administer prescribed medications, injections, and other treatments safely and correctly.
• Health monitoring: Monitor and record vital signs and other patient information, reporting any changes in condition.
• Patient and family education: Provide information to patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and recovery processes.
• Technical procedures: Perform technical nursing tasks, such as wound care, catheterization, and assisting with medical procedures.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and treatment outcomes.
