Regional Business Manager - Pharma- Nutrition- Mumbai

1. As a Regional Business Manager (2nd line manager position) you will based at Mumbai HQ you will responsible for launching new division in Nutrition weight loss segment and other segments

2. You will responsible for launching new product and its scientific for launching new division in metro City and Major City with sales team of KAMs

3. You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.

4. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.

5. You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.

6. As this is a newly launched company, the candidate will be responsible for establishing and expanding the Nutrition Segment in weight loss products, developing market presence, building a strong sales team, and driving business growth across the assigned region.

Required Candidate Profile

1. You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 10-12 years’ experience in Pharma Sales including Nutrition product out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling of Nutrition Segment covering entire in Mumbai Region

2. You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.

3. You should have good experience in scientific / medical promotions, launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.

4. You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force, Sales operation, Distribution and Stock availability, Etc.
