About the Role: Regent High School is seeking a dedicated and visionary Principal to lead academic and administrative operations across all classes from Nursery to Class 12. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and disciplined learning environment, ensuring high academic standards, and managing day-to-day school functions effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee academic planning, curriculum development, and implementation Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff Maintain student discipline and create a safe, inclusive school culture Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school management for improvement Supervise and enhance extracurricular and co-curricular programs Manage school budgets, resources, and infrastructure efficiently Ensure compliance with educational regulations and board requirements Monitor academic performance and implement quality improvement initiatives Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Education or a related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a school setting Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Interested candidates are requested to send their CV.
