My mother was admitted to Regency Kanpur Hospital. The service was very poor, especially hygiene. At this hospital, toilets are not even accessible. The staff is extremely unkind and unhelpful. Wring bill entry, fourth class staff are very rude. Overall experience is very poor. No coordination between the doctor and the staff.
