We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and cold calling. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate deals and close sales effectively. Keep records of sales, revenue, and customer data. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for effective promotions. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. High school degree; a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
