Job Description

• Develop and maintain referral networks with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Build strong relationships with referral partners to increase patient footfall.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital's referral network.
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for patient referrals.
• Conduct regular market visits and follow up with referral sources.
• Achieve referral and business development targets.
• Maintain referral records and prepare regular performance reports.

Required Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Experience in hospital marketing, referral marketing, or healthcare business development.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates with an established hospital referral network will be preferred.
• Knowledge of the Mumbai Western Line market is an advantage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
