Responsibilities 1. Load Management: Ensure accurate and efficient dispatch of loads, confirming all details with both drivers and brokers. 2. Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor real-time locations of trucks using GPS tracking systems, updating statuses for dispatch and brokers. 3. Problem-Solving: Address issues such as delays, accidents, or route changes promptly, finding solutions while keeping drivers and broker informed. 4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all communications, dispatch log, and delivery confirmation. Qualifications & Skills Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic information of the trucking industry and logistics (experience is a plus). Must be available to work in US Pacific Time Zone (PST). Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc.), Adobe Editor (Reader & Editor) and basic computer skills. Show more Show less
