Reels Editor & Social Media Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Create and edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook.
2. Edit raw video footage with professional transitions, effects, animations, captions and subtitles.
3. Create attractive thumbnails, video covers and graphics using Canva or other designing tools.
4. Upload and publish videos regularly on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook.
5. Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
6. Write SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, captions and hashtags for videos.
7. Create educational and promotional video content related to GST, Income Tax, Accounting and Finance.
8. Monitor social media performance, views, engagement and audience growth.
9. Stay updated with social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
10. Coordinate with the team for video shooting, content planning and timely delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have 13 years of experience in Video Editing and Social Media Management.
• Must have good knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook video content.
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or Filmora.
• Knowledge of Canva, graphic designing, thumbnails and basic animations.
• Must be able to shoot, edit and publish videos independently.
• Good understanding of social media trends, hashtags, captions and SEO.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi language and Hindi typing is preferred.
• Should be creative, responsible, punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to understand GST, Income Tax and Finance-related content will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with good editing skills and a creative portfolio may also apply.
