About Us: RedFerns Tech is building next-gen SaaS and AI-driven products for global clients. We are looking for a highly motivated Fullstack Developer to join our growing tech team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in web development and a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, Python, and React. Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Use Git for version control, code collaboration, and deployment workflows. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews. Debug, test, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Required Skills: Proficiency in Git (branching, pull requests, merging, etc.). Basic to intermediate experience with: Node.js Python React.js Understanding of REST APIs and web architecture. Good problem-solving and debugging skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced development environment. Bonus / Nice-to-Have: Exposure to mobile app development using React Native or Flutter. Knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with deployment tools or basic cloud services (e.g., AWS, Vercel, Heroku). Qualifications: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
