Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, administer, and support Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, container, and platform issues.
• Ensure platform availability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and application teams for issue resolution.
• Create technical documentation and operational runbooks.
• Participate in on-call support and incident management.

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience with

  Red Hat OpenShift

  administration and support.
• Strong

  Linux/RHEL

  administration skills.
• Experience with

  Docker/Containers

  and Kubernetes concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• CI/CD and DevOps exposure.
• Scripting using Bash or Python.
• Red Hat/OpenShift certifications.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4-10 years of IT infrastructure/platform support experience.
