This is not just a social media role , it’s a chance to help us strategise, plan, and improve how we tell our brand stories across platforms. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day execution while also contributing to the bigger picture , helping shape campaigns, content direction, and brand alignment across all four concepts. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Development · Design and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, market share, and guest engagement. · Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Work with leadership to refine brand and marketing strategies. · Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications. Digital Marketing & Online Presence · Manage website content, SEO optimization, PPC campaigns, and social media strategy. · Lead performance-driven digital campaigns to enhance online visibility and direct bookings. · Oversee review platforms (TripAdvisor, Google, OTA channels) to maintain reputation and respond appropriately. Social Media & Advertising Oversee daily posting and community engagement across brand platforms. Develop a content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and campaigns. Coordinate with external performance marketing agencies on messaging and creative assets. Set creative direction for photo and video shoots across brands. Marketing Collaborations Identify and engage influencers, brand partners, and collaborators. Plan and execute joint campaigns to expand reach and brand awareness. Help test different formats (caption style, CTA, thumbnail) and measure impact Share learnings from what content performs best across brands Qualifications & Experience Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or brand-building role (startup experience a plus). Experience in food industry is preferred Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Photography & Videography skills, including basic lighting, framing, and editing. Excellent written communication skills (captions, marketing copy). Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute creative campaigns. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under minimal supervision. Reporting Line · This role reports directly to the CEO.
