Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Department: Human Resources Location: Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Shift Timings: 09:30 AM 06:30 PM Working Days: 6 days/week (Alternate Saturdays off) Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with our companys goals and culture. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles Develop and post job ads on job boards, social media, and career pages Source candidates using databases, social media, and innovative methods Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders Communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts Monitor and report on hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline status) Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house) Familiarity with sourcing techniques Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Preferred Skills Experience recruiting for IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare roles Proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing tools Recruitment consultancy background Email: job@technocruitx.com WhatsApp: 90813 33150
