Dental AR Fresher Level Key Responsibilities: Contact dental insurance providers for claim follow-ups Understand basic claim lifecycle and denial reasons Update claim statuses and maintain records accurately Participate in training and performance reviews Requirements: Fresh graduates are welcome Fluent English (spoken and written) Excellent communication and willingness to learn Basic computer and MS Excel skills Willingness to work night shift 2. Dental AR Specialist – 1 to 4 Years Experience ( Dental AR ) Key Responsibilities: Handle AR follow-ups with dental insurance companies Analyze and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments Process appeals and track pending claims Coordinate with billing and coding teams for claim corrections Ensure timely resolution of AR and meet productivity benchmarks Requirements: 1 to 4 years of experience in Dental AR or US Healthcare RCM Strong knowledge of dental insurance claims and denials Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability Good communication and coordination skills MS Excel proficiency 3. Team Leader – 5 to 8 Years Experience ( Dental AR ) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Dental AR executives Monitor daily operations, allocate tasks, and ensure performance targets are met Oversee denial management, aging reports, and escalations Mentor team members and conduct performance evaluations Report KPIs to management and suggest process improvements Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal quality standards Requirements: 5 to 8 years of experience in Dental AR with leadership background In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end RCM cycle Strong team management, decision-making, and communication skills Proficient in Excel reporting and productivity tracking tools What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Meal facility provided by the company Professional work environment 5 Days working.
