Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements. The role also involves training and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
