Recovery Specialist Elevator, Service Collection Executive Elevator

Role & responsibilities:

• Contract & Order Conversions:

  Handle contract renewals, negotiations for price fixation, and quotations for part/preventive repair (T-order) settlements.

• System Updates:

  Log and update recovery status, contract cancellations, or conversion details into internal enterprise or CRM systems.

• Customer & Client Relations:

  Coordinate regularly with clients to resolve complaints, build rapport, and recover lost or churned maintenance portfolios.

• Incident & Service Recovery (Overlap):

  Support customer breakdown calls, emergency response coordination, and incident/recovery logs when technical or service recovery is required.

• Reporting:

  Prepare periodic review reports on recovery targets, open payments, and conversion metrics for management
