Roles and Responsibilities

Manage collections through field visits, phone calls, and emails.
Identify and prioritize delinquent accounts for recovery.
Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize write-offs.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in banking collection, loan collection, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of collections process, including legal procedures for loan recoveries.
Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers over phone calls.
