Job Title: Clinic Receptionist / Optical Shop Assistant

Location: OptiHaven Eye Clinic & Optics, Punawale

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹9,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Job Responsibilities: Welcome patients and manage the reception area. Register patient details and maintain the appointment register. Answer phone calls and inform patients about clinic timings and appointments. Manage patient flow and guide them for consultation. Handle basic billing and collect consultation fees. Assist patients in selecting spectacles in the optical section. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and optical display area. Remind patients about follow-up visits if required.

Qualification: Minimum 10th or 12th pass (Graduates can also apply). Ability to speak Marathi and Hindi clearly. Polite behavior with patients and good communication skills. Basic understanding of handling cash and registers. Prior reception or shop experience preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualities: Lives near the clinic. Responsible and punctual. Comfortable interacting with patients of all ages.
