Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: * Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and courteous manner. * Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately. * Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. * Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges as required. * Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. * Provide basic information about the company to inquiries. * Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and filing. * Assist with office supply inventory and ordering when necessary. * Coordinate with other departments as needed. * Maintain a high level of confidentiality. * Perform other related duties as assigned.
