Job Description

  • Greet patients and visitors politely and provide appropriate guidance.
  • Register new and existing patients and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with doctors.
  • Manage OPD registration, patient files, and appointment registers.
  • Answer telephone calls, respond to enquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Guide patients regarding consultation rooms, laboratory, pharmacy, billing, and other hospital services.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, billing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and medical records.
  • Assist with billing, payment collection, and receipt generation as assigned.
  • Maintain front-office registers, reports, and daily records.
  • Handle patient complaints politely and escalate issues to the concerned authority.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and professional.
  • Follow hospital policies, patient safety procedures, and infection-control guidelines.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Hospital Administrator.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 per month
