Receptionist

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
Maintain visitor records and handle basic office documentation.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Assist with day-to-day administrative and front-desk activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Coordinate with different departments as required.

Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email.
Presentable, polite, and confident personality.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Freshers can apply; relevant experience is an advantage.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
