Receptionist MARRIED Female FRESHER

We are 20 yr old group of company working in more than top 18 industries on Pan India basis, we are working in FMCG, Retail, Banking & Microfinance Finance, Real estate, Insurance, Pharma, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 2700 employees in ore than 850 branches over India.

Only native/permanent resident of Alambagh, Lucknow nearby area of will prefer for interview.

Min eligibility criteria of applicants:-

• Working hours:- 10:00 am to 6:30 pm (should able to work in between)
• Place of Residence:- Preference will be given to applicants residing in Alambagh or adjacent areas of Alambagh, Lucknow. आलमबाग या आलमबाग, लखनऊ के निकटवर्ती क्षेत्रों में रहने वाली आवेदिकाओं को वरीयता दी जायगी।
• FRESHER min Bachelor degree.
• Fluent in speaking English.
• Proficiency in MS Office in Excel and internet.

Job responsibilities:-

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office and assist direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to concern department or person.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone calls and emails.

Remuneration & Perks:- Rs. 12,000-16,000/- pm + others (negotiable)
