Job Description

Requirement for Front Office Executive

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1-3 years

The candidate should be preferably from the Hospital Industry.

Should be able to speak Telugu, Hindi, and English*

Role and Responsibilities:

Receive patients and patient attendees in a pleasing manner

Answering calls and clearing the doubts.

To resolve day to day patient problems/attendant's problems.

Overseeing the front office operations

Maintaining the contact list of the visitors

Coordinate with consultants about their time and day of visit

Coordinate with different departments and maintain a good work environment and team spirit
