Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle visitors and telephone calls professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the relevant employees.
- Manage visitor records and maintain the reception area.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate interview appointments.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and documents.
- Provide general administrative and office support.
- Maintain office records and assist with daily front-office activities.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments when required.
Requirements:
- Any bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
- Professional appearance and a friendly attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
Work Location: Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
