Receptionist/ Front Office Managment

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and handle customers professionally.
• Attend incoming calls, customer enquiries, and WhatsApp messages.
• Fix, confirm, and manage customer appointments.
• Coordinate with beauticians and salon staff.
• Handle customer billing, cash, UPI, and card payments.
• Maintain daily sales, billing, and appointment records.
• Explain salon services, packages, discounts, and promotions.
• Promote offers, memberships, and additional services.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints.
• Ensure smooth front desk operations.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer and billing knowledge.
• Good sales and convincing skills.
• Presentable personality and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with the team.
• Tamil and English communication preferred.

Experience: 0 - 2 years preferred. Freshers can also apply.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
