Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reception Administration position located in Ahmedabad. The Reception Administrator will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting visitors, and providing general administrative support to the office. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in office administration or customer service Attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures Ability to work effectively in a team environment Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus Diploma or certification in Office Administration or related field
