Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and integration with various data sources. Key Responsibilities: Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models . Perform data analysis and data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement row-level security (RLS) and optimize performance of reports. Create and maintain ETL processes using Power Query, SQL, or integration tools like SSIS/Azure Data Factory . Collaborate with data engineers and business analysts to improve data availability and reporting efficiency. Schedule data refreshes, monitor dashboard performance, and troubleshoot issues. Document report logic, data flows, and BI processes. Stay updated with the latest Power BI and Microsoft Fabric updates to recommend new features and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2–6 years of experience in Power BI development . Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), SQL , and data modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas). Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes . Knowledge of SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or Synapse Analytics is an advantage. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and storytelling with data. Familiarity with Excel, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
