Lead - Digital Strategy Realty Experts Group is seeking a talented and versatile with expertise in storytelling and video production. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end content creation, from ideation and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and final delivery. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve is essential. This role requires strong technical skills, creative flair, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Growth Curve Work directly with the founders to shape and execute the company’s digital vision. Lead the development of an in-house digital studio with full creative ownership. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing creative team as the company scales. Key Responsibilities 1. Concept Development & Ideation Brainstorm, pitch, and develop creative concepts for video content aligned with brand/client objectives. Write compelling scripts and prepare detailed pitches for stakeholders. 2. Pre-Production Planning Plan shoot logistics, including location scouting, equipment setup, and scheduling. Collaborate with internal teams/clients to define project goals and timelines. 3. Production & Filming Shoot high-quality video content using professional equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear). 4. Post-Production & Editing Edit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve. Add motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and other enhancements. Finalize edits based on feedback from clients/internal stakeholders. 5. Project Management Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining organization and attention to detail. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: Proven experience in video production (filming, editing, scripting). Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Suite/DaVinci Resolve/related tools (portfolio required). Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio setups. Soft Skills: Strong storytelling and scriptwriting abilities. Time management and problem-solving in deadline-driven environments. Equipment Requirements: Should have basic equipments like camera , basic lights and lenses Laptop and required softwares Nice to Have Experience with motion graphics and photography. Knowledge of Social Media trends for content optimization.
