Job description:

Experience

• 5-10+ Years in Real Estate Marketing
• Experience in Plotting Projects Preferred
• Strong knowledge of Hyderabad growth corridors and investment markets

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for open plot projects.
• Plan and manage project launch campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels.

Brand Building

• Increase brand visibility across target markets.
• Organize roadshows, property expos, investor meets and site visit events.
• Develop local marketing partnerships.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Work closely with sales teams to achieve booking targets.
• Ensure quality lead flow from all marketing channels.
• Create referral and channel partner marketing programs.

Market Research

• Analyze competitor projects and pricing.
• Identify emerging investment hotspots.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports.

Compensation

Attractive Salary + Performance Incentives + Growth Opportunities

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
