Job Description

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
  • Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budget.
  • Arrange and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
  • Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate deals and assist in closing property transactions.
  • Maintain daily lead records, client databases, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with property owners, builders, and the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
