Position: Dubai Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description

We are looking for motivated, professional and result-oriented Real Estate Agents to join our expanding Dubai real estate operations.

The selected candidates will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their property requirements, presenting suitable investment opportunities and successfully closing property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new property buyer and investor leads.
• Promote luxury apartments, villas, off-plan projects and ready-to-move properties in Dubai.
• Understand clients’ budgets, investment objectives and property preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.
• Arrange property presentations, meetings, site visits and developer interactions.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and convert enquiries into successful transactions.
• Coordinate with property developers and channel partners.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, new launches and investment opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in real estate sales and investment.
• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage.
• Previous real estate sales experience preferred.
• Ability to negotiate and build client relationships.
• Professional attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
• English communication skills required. Additional languages are an advantage.
