Our platform connects operators and vendors, automates compliance, and simplifies payments—turning a fragmented process into a scalable system. We’re a fast-moving early-stage startup with a focus on shipping, iteration, and smart automation. Role Overview We are looking for a Frontend Engineer specializing in FlutterFlow development to join our small but growing team on-site in Koramangala . You’ll work directly with the founders and other early hires to design, build, and deliver features that make rental turnovers faster, safer, and more efficient. Responsibilities Adapt and extend an existing FlutterFlow template to build the operator-facing section of ReadyOS. Customize UX/UI for operator workflows, including job creation, scheduling, vendor selection, compliance review, and invoicing. Ensure alignment and design continuity with the vendor-facing section by collaborating closely with the Vendor FlutterFlow Developer. Integrate frontend with backend APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between operators, vendors, and system modules. Optimize layouts and components for responsiveness across different device types and screen sizes. Implement interactive dashboards, task management interfaces, and real-time updates. Participate in reviews, testing, and iteration cycles to maintain usability and system consistency. Anticipate operator edge cases (e.g., multiple properties, bulk jobs, cross-vendor management) and design accordingly. Requirements Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken, for clear collaboration. Strong experience with FlutterFlow , particularly customizing and extending existing templates. Understanding of UX/UI principles applied to complex workflow software. Experience connecting apps to APIs and handling state/data in FlutterFlow. Ability to ensure responsive, adaptable designs for both mobile and desktop-like use cases. Clear communication skills for coordination with vendor-side frontend and backend engineers. Ability to think through the full lifecycle of operator workflows, not just individual screens. Nice to Have Background in workflow SaaS, marketplaces, or property-tech tools. Familiarity with role-based access control, multi-tenant systems, and secure data handling. Experience with reporting and analytics dashboards. Exposure to payment flows, escrow, or compliance systems. Design tool familiarity (Figma, Sketch, etc.) for refining operator-facing flows when specs need expansion. Compensation & Incentives Primary structure: Contract-based, with base pay plus milestone bonuses (e.g., operator workflows, dashboard screens, API connections, responsive design). Payments are tied to milestone completion: Weekly base: ₹9,000 Per milestone: ₹10,000 (×5 = ₹50,000) UI Adaptation Feature Implementation Backend Integration QA & Revisions Final Acceptance 7 weeks: ₹63,000 base + ₹50,000 milestones = ₹113,000 total Bonus Equity option: For the right candidates, we are open to granting a small equity stake (up to 0.025% ~2,500 shares) as an on-time/quality bonus. Future potential: Strong performers may transition into a longer-term or leadership role as the backend team expands, but no ongoing commitment is guaranteed at this point.
