Please do not apply irrelevant candidates looking only who had worked fintech or finance apps About the Role: We are seeking a mid-level React.js Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in building robust, scalable, and high-performance front-end applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about cutting-edge fintech products and ready to take ownership of user-facing features from concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities: Develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js and Redux for dynamic state management. Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs using Axios and ensure seamless data flow. Work with Material-UI (MUI) or similar styling libraries like Tailwind CSS , Styled Components , or SCSS for clean, maintainable UI design. Optimize front-end code for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across browsers and devices. Write unit and integration tests using Jest or React Testing Library to ensure high-quality, stable code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, QA, product) to deliver impactful fintech solutions in Agile sprints. Required Skills & Experience: 3–4 years of experience in front-end development with strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript/ES6+ . Solid hands-on experience with Redux (or Context API/Recoil) for scalable state management. Proficient in working with Material-UI (MUI) and other modern CSS frameworks or libraries. Strong understanding of API integration using Axios , including secure authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2). Experience with performance optimization techniques: lazy loading, memoization, code splitting, etc. Familiarity with Git , code reviews, and Agile/Scrum development workflows. Bonus Points: Experience in fintech applications or building real-time dashboards and financial data interfaces. Exposure to TypeScript , React Query , Next.js , or form libraries like Formik / React Hook Form . Awareness of CI/CD , Docker , or backend familiarity (e.g., Node.js, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL).
