• Develop and maintain

• Ensure

  high performance, responsiveness, and a smooth user experience

• Integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, and plugins.
• Handle

  mobile app deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store

  .

Backend

• Design, develop, and maintain

  RESTful APIs and backend services

  using

  Node.js and Express.js

  .
• Implement

  authentication and authorization

  (JWT, role-based access).
• Integrate

  Firebase

  , push notification services, and other third-party APIs.
• Deploy and maintain backend services on

  cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

  .

Database

• Design and manage

  MongoDB

  databases, collections, and schemas (using

  Mongoose

  ).
• Write efficient queries and

  aggregation pipelines

  , and apply proper

  indexing

  .
• Ensure

  data security, backups, and data integrity

  .

General

• Work closely with

  UI/UX designers, QA, and product teams

  .
• Debug and fix issues across the mobile app, APIs, and database.
• Optimize applications for

  performance, scalability, and security

• Maintain code quality using

  Git version control and coding standards

  .

Required Skills

• Strong experience in

  React Native (CLI)

  .
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript (ES6+) or TypeScript

  .
• Experience with

  Android Studio and Xcode

  .
• Good understanding of

  mobile UI/UX design principles

  .
• Knowledge of

  Redux / Context API for state management

  .
• Familiarity with

  native modules and third-party libraries

  .
• Knowledge of

  push notifications and background services

  .
• Experience with

  App Store and Play Store deployment

  .

Backend

• Strong experience in

  Node.js and Express.js

  .
• Experience building and integrating

  REST APIs and JSON-based services

  .
• Knowledge of

  JWT authentication and API security

  .
• Experience with

  Firebase integration

  .

Database

• Hands-on experience with

  MongoDB

  and

  Mongoose

  .
• Knowledge of

  schema design, indexing, and aggregation

  .

Tools & Practices

• Experience with

  Git and version control systems

  .
• Experience in

  debugging and performance optimization

• Understanding of

  mobile and backend security best practices

Must have worked on at least two projects from design to delivery stage.
