About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic React Native Developer Intern / Fresher to join our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in JavaScript and React Native, along with practical familiarity with React Native CLI, Android Studio, and Xcode. The candidate will work on real-world Android and iOS applications, contribute to new features, integrate APIs, troubleshoot technical issues, and help improve application performance and user experience. We are looking for someone who is confident, proactive, eager to learn, and capable of independently investigating technical problems before seeking assistance. Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform Android and iOS applications using React Native CLI. • Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly mobile application components. • Integrate REST APIs and handle authentication, API responses, loading states, and errors. • Work with React hooks, navigation, state management, and asynchronous operations. • Run, test, debug, and troubleshoot applications on Android and iOS devices. • Use Android Studio to understand project structure, Gradle configurations, builds, and debugging. • Use Xcode to understand iOS project structure, build settings, code signing, provisioning profiles, and app builds. • Identify and resolve application bugs, dependency conflicts, and build-related issues. • Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members. • Use Git and GitHub for version control and code collaboration. • Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and maintain clean, maintainable code. • Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to improving application quality and performance. Required Technical Skills • Basic to good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and React fundamentals. • Understanding of React Native components, props, state, hooks, and component lifecycle concepts. • Hands-on familiarity with React Native CLI is mandatory. • Basic working knowledge of Android Studio is mandatory. • Basic working knowledge of Xcode is mandatory. • Ability to run and debug React Native applications on Android and iOS. • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Promises, and async/await. • Familiarity with mobile app navigation, layouts, and responsive UI development. • Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub. • Ability to read error messages, investigate technical issues, and attempt solutions independently. Good-to-Have Skills • Knowledge of TypeScript. • Familiarity with Redux Toolkit, Redux, or Context API. • Exposure to Firebase or third-party SDK integrations. • Basic understanding of Android Gradle builds and iOS CocoaPods. • Familiarity with app signing, release builds, and deployment processes. • Experience developing and testing React Native applications on physical devices. • A GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing personal, academic, or professional projects. Eligibility Criteria • Candidates with 0–1 year of experience, including fresh graduates, are welcome. • B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or a related qualification is preferred; candidates with equivalent practical skills may also apply. • Practical familiarity with React Native CLI, Android Studio, and Xcode is required. • Candidates must be able to explain at least one React Native project they have developed or contributed to. • Candidates should be prepared to discuss their code, development approach, and debugging process. • A GitHub profile or project portfolio will be an added advantage.
