React Designer (UI/UX + Frontend)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented React Designer who can bridge the gap between beautiful design and functional front-end development. You will be responsible for crafting responsive, modern, and intuitive interfaces using React.js , while also having a strong eye for design and UX best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative web applications where design meets engineering . Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and backend developers to define UI requirements and implement designs. Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js , Tailwind CSS , Material UI , or other modern libraries. Translate wireframes, mockups, or Figma designs into high-quality React components. Ensure pixel-perfect implementation across devices and screen sizes. Maintain a reusable component system and design consistency across the application. Optimize components for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness. Conduct usability testing and refine UI based on feedback. Stay updated with UI trends, web standards, and best practices. Requirements: Strong experience in React.js , HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript (ES6+) Hands-on with Tailwind CSS , Styled Components , or SCSS Experience designing with Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices Familiar with component-based architecture and responsive design Attention to detail, creativity, and strong problem-solving skills Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,565.89 - ₹37,690.88 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
