Role Description We are hiring for the role of a Pressman in the laundry department, which is a full-time, on-site position located in Yavatmal. As a Pressman, you will operate and oversee printing presses, ensuring high-quality printing across projects, including managing pre-press preparations and post-press tasks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining the operational efficiency of printing machinery, monitoring quality, and ensuring adherence to production standards. Collaboration with team members and adherence to strict deadlines will also be a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in operating Printing Presses effectively. Proficiency in Print Design and Pre-press processes. Skills in Quality Control to ensure precise and accurate output. Familiarity with the overall Printing workflow, from design to production. Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role or in the printing industry is advantageous.
