Helix is looking for a talented and passionate experienced R&D Project Manager to join our PMO team! In this role, you will drive innovation through meticulous project management within our (R&D) initiatives. You will orchestrate the development and implementation of cutting-edge R&D projects, collaborating closely with software developers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of groundbreaking innovations.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to Helix's and your own success:

• Lead the initiation, planning, design, execution, and closure of R&D projects, fostering innovation and collaboration among software developers and R&D teams.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, allocating resources effectively to support the needs of software development and R&D initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise customers to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring that R&D projects deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and activities, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing among developers, QA engineers, marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze project metrics data, providing updates, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Follow agile methodologies and implement best practices.
• Drive organizational innovation and change where necessary to optimize project execution and enhance the pace of discovery and experimentation.
  

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• 6+ years of experience in R&D project management, including leading complex software projects from initiation to completion.
• Relevant certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or similar.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced enterprise software companies, with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience working with B2B enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Rally, or Jira for Agile development, and collaborative platforms such as SharePoint.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and resources across different geographies and time zones.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering tangible business results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

• Experience in managing IT project in Cloud environments (AWS, GCP or similar)
• Technical background as a software developer, QA engineer or similar.
• Background in sales / presales / customers success or similar
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
