About the Role

We are looking for an R&D Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of advanced sensing systems and precision engineering solutions. The role involves experimental research, prototype development, performance evaluation, signal analysis, and product validation. Candidates with experience in sensor systems, applied physics, electronics, materials science, or electromechanical engineering are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience with soldering, electronics assembly or laboratory experiments.
• Experience using an oscilloscope, function generator
• Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and measurement tools.
• Core physics knowledge

• Manufacturing and Assembly skills
• Testing, Quality Controls and Calibration
• Analytical and R&D skills
• Curiosity to learn new things

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of prototype probes developed and evaluated.
• Manufacturing yield and rejection rate.
• Compliance with probe performance specifications.
• Consistency and repeatability of test results.
• Reduction in rework and manufacturing defects.
• Accuracy and completeness of manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to follow the approved development and production schedule.

product development. Candidates interested in building industrial instruments and

Pay: ₹414,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
