Roles and Responsibilities Prepare electrical single line diagrams (SLD) for high voltage transmission lines, substations, and distribution systems. Conduct earthing calculations to ensure proper grounding of electrical equipment. Design transformers, cables, and other electrical components according to project requirements. Perform cable sizing calculations to determine the appropriate gauge size for efficient power transmission. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during design implementation. Desired Candidate Profile 6-10 years of experience in electrical design engineering with expertise in SLD preparation. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical from a recognized university. Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD or similar CAD software for drafting drawings and diagrams. Strong understanding of electrical principles, including circuit analysis and fault tolerance.
